WHAT DOES JAPANESE EAT FOR BREAKFAST?
Basically we Japanese usually eat rice,Miso soup,Natto,Egg.
But situation has been changing these days.Some of my friends don’t eat Natto or Miso soup anymore.Instead of that,they eat bread like Sandwich or Pancake. Unfortunately I’m one of them…
Especially Natto is kind of smell and not being preferred by younger Japanese,but its said Natto is really good for your body. Natto contains smaller amounts of vitamin B6, folate and pantothenic acid,as well as antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds.
