Hi,Friends.How’s it going with Corona virus?
In order to increase the circulation of economy,the Japanese government has decided to release the self-restriction that has been asked for ordinary citizen.
Especially the owners running restaurants are on harsh situation due to decreasing customers.
We are not sure if this decision would be better or not.Only time will tell….
Today,I will write about the new food that combines French Fries with Japanese Food “Natto”.
Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans that have been fermented with Bacillus subtilis var natto. It is often served as a breakfast food. It is served with Karashi mustard, soy sauce, and sometimes Japanese bunching onion. Natto is often considered an acquired taste because of its powerful smell, strong flavor, and sticky, slimy texture.
The combination of Natto with Fries were not bad,it’s absolutely new taste.But one bad thing is that the smells of Natto keeps in your mouth and weaken the taste of fries and salty flavor…
